How does sizing work?
Your dentist takes a full 3D intraoral scan — the same file type used for retainers and crowns, accurate to 0.02mm. That file goes straight to casting, so your set is fitted to your teeth alone, not a generic mold.
Why no plating?
Plating wears unevenly with mouth contact and looks worse once it wears through. Raw 925 sterling tarnishes evenly instead — cosmetic, not decay, the same darkening you'd see on inherited silverware. A polishing cloth or a few seconds in an ultrasonic cleaner brings it back, something a plated piece can't do once its coating is gone.
What happens after I reserve?
Reserving a specific set takes payment upfront via Stripe (~15 min scan appointment scheduled after). Not ready to pay yet? Use "keep me posted" instead — no payment, no commitment. Either way, every order is founder-reviewed before anything moves forward.
How much do grillz cost?
It depends on tooth count and coverage — a single fang starts under 500 CHF, a full 12-on-12 set runs from roughly 1500 CHF. Use the Custom Search quiz for a rough estimate based on your own tooth count.
Are grillz safe to wear?
Every material we offer is cast or set from a dentist-supervised 3D scan rather than a generic mold. As with any removable dental appliance, fit and wear should be discussed with your dentist.
What materials are available?
925 sterling silver, gold, or chrome, with lab diamond, natural diamond, or moissanite stone-setting on request. Silver has a fixed price you can check out with directly; gold, chrome, and stone-set pieces are quoted after your scan — get in touch and we'll work it out with you.
